# Удаление персональных данных (152-ФЗ)

### 1. Если персональные данные содержаться в отзыве

В этом случае необходимо использовать функцию «Пожаловаться на отзыв»:

Далее в всплывающем окне указать причину жалобы — «Персональные данные»:

### 2. Если персональные данные содержаться в другом месте.

Например, в описании или в загруженных фотографиях.

В этом случае необходимо написать обращение, в котором нужно указать:

* Ваши данные (ФИО)
* Адрес страницы, на которой содержаться персональные данные
* Указать конкретную часть страницы, где они находятся (например: блок с загруженными фотографиями)
